JOSHUA ALAN (Artistic Director) Josh earned his BA in Theatre while studying under Marion Castleberry (Drama Desk Award nomination for best play The Traveling Lady). He earned an MFA in Acting from SMU, where he acted under Stan Wojevodski Jr. (former Artistic Director of Yale Repertory Theatre) and Cecil O'Neal (founding Producer of the Tony Award Winning Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago). Most recently Josh worked under Henry Woronicz (former Artistic Director of Oregon Shakespeare Festival) at Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival performing in both Measure for Measure and Much Ado about Nothing. While in Dallas he was seen as Barry Love in House and Garden (Theatre Three), Gail in Our Lady of 121st Street (Kitchen Dog Theatre) and Jon in Tape (Dallas Theatre Center.) Other acting credits include: Chris in All My Sons, Denis in Little Moon of Alban, Orgon in Tartuffe, Pete in Talking Pictures, The Ragpicker in The Madwoman of Chaillot , Edward in Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, and Ferdinand in The Tempest.

AMELIA PETERSON (Associate Artistic Director) Amelia earned her BFA from Southern Methodist University where she studied directing under Stan Wojewodski, Jr. (former Artistic Director of Yale Repertory Theatre). She has directed new works for CalArts Arts in the One World conference (Valencia, CA), Kennedy Center’s Page to Stage Festival (Washington, DC), and Inkwell Theatre’s Showcase Reading Series (Washington, DC). In New York City, Amelia served as the Artistic Intern for Signature Theatre Company during Signature's Charles Mee season. She has also trained in silks, trapeze, three-sectional staff, quarter staff and a variety of other weapons with Bill Lengfelder and is a certified yoga teacher.
STEVE DAY (Founder) Steve earned his BA studying under Marion Castleberry (Drama Desk Award nomination for best play The Traveling Lady). He earned his Directing MFA from Baylor, where he assisted Horton Foote’s 50th Anniversary production of The Traveling Lady and directed the Southern premiere of Foote's The Actor. He also assisted the first annual American Playwright's Festival honoring playwrights such as Tina Howe and Romulus Linney. He has worked with Olivier Award nominee Stafford Arima (Ragtime, Seussical, Altar Boyz), Emmy nominee Arthur Giron (Edith Stein, Becoming Memories), and Broadway/Off-Broadway Producer, Carolyn Rossi Copeland. 
Directing credits include: Invisible Child (MTF), the world premiere of Deadheading Roses at the Lamb’s Little Theatre, Miguel Manara, a lyric play, for Black Friars Theatre, a workshop of The World is Round by Armand Salacrou for the Horizon Theatre Repertory, Refuge of Lies and Emily at Theatre Row. He currently is the Creative Director for Vertical Learning Curve the animated online degree program (www.vlcglobal.com) and the director of Motion Capture NYC (www.motioncapturenyc.com) He is also a member of the Lincoln Center directing lab and the Society of American Fight Directors.
CHRIS CRAGIN (Founder) Chris Cragin is a proud alumni of the 2008 Emerging Writers Group at The Public Theater, where her play, The River Nun, was presented in the 2009 Spotlight Series. Her new musical Son of a Gun, (music and lyrics by Don Chaffer and Lori Chaffer), was accepted as one of four new musicals in the 2011 Eugene O'Neill National Music Theater Conference and was also recently given a concert reading at Joe's Pub. New York productions include Emily, An Amethyst Remembrance by Firebone Theater (winner of NYIT Outstanding Female Actor in a Lead Role award for leading actress Elizabeth Davis), Deadheading Roses by Firebone Theatre, Love & Money (excerpt), and Milking Success, at the Nyorican Poets Café, and Dig at Horse Trade Theater. Other playwriting awards include: Yale Music Theater Institute Finalist, Actor’s Theatre Louisville 10-minute play contest semi-finalist, Riva Shriver Comedy Award Finalist, Primary Stages Semi-Finalist, Inter-Act Play Commission Finalist. Chris works as a screenwriter and story supervisor for Motion Capture NYC. CAITLIN T. LEE (Resident Dramaturg) Caitlin is currently a second-year graduate student at SUNY-Stony Brook, pursuing an M. F. A. in Dramaturgy. Caitlin is the Associate Artistic Director of the Stony Brook Cabaret.  Her previous assistant dramaturgy credits include The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek and Tartuffe.
